These Terms of Use govern access to and use of ArcDay, including the ArcDay mobile application, related features, ArcDay Premium subscriptions, and any support or content services made available through the app.
Eligibility and Health Notice
ArcDay is a habit, routine, and wellness support app. It is not medical, mental health, fitness training, emergency, or diagnostic advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care.
Acceptable Use
You may not use ArcDay for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, disruptive, infringing, deceptive, or abusive purposes, or attempt to access systems, data, or accounts you are not authorized to access.
Premium Subscriptions and Billing
Some features are available only through ArcDay Premium. If you purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are handled by that platform under its own terms and policies.
AI-Assisted Features and Third-Party Services
ArcDay may offer AI-assisted features, including routine planning and YouTube-based analysis. AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your needs and must be reviewed before use.
